Vision
- Cricket talent cannot be created. Once discovered, it can only be nurtured. It is this belief that guides us at ACA.
- They all play differently, think differently, behave differently and of course have different talent. Therefore, when we plan a schedule for child, we do it on a principle called “One to One Coaching”.
Goal
- High-Performance Individual Coaching
- Emphasis on fundamental cricket skills, physical fitness and team work
- Develop correct technique to optimise performance, prevent injury and develop tactical awareness
- Provide mentoring, advice and guidance throughout players career
- Instil leadership value in children through team-building and sports based activities
- Every child should learn new skills of his/her life regardless of race, religion, creed, gender or ability
- In pursuit of developing mentally & physically fit, caring, respectful and responsible citizen of society
